The K9 Sport Sack Knavigate offers the best features of K9 Sport Sack products in one dog backpack. The Knavigate backpack is made for the most avid adventurers who like to go on long hikes with their dog. The Knavigate is available in a wide variety of sizes, making this dog backpack suitable for small to large dogs up to 23 kg. Each size is equipped with a metal frame for optimal stability. The dog backpack is made of sturdy fabric and has large mesh panels on the sides to ensure that your dog gets sufficient ventilation. Thanks to two adjustable lumbar support straps, adjustment straps on both sides and the adjustable collar, you can adjust the dog backpack exactly to the size of your dog. A flap on the inside prevents your dog's hair from getting tangled in the zipper.

The dog backpack is equipped with dual side pockets made of mesh material, so that they do not hinder your dog's ventilation. There is a storage compartment under the dog's seating surface, extending to the bottom of the frame. The height of the storage compartment therefore varies with the size of the backpack. Optimal wearing comfort is guaranteed by thickly padded ergonomic shoulder straps with a sternum strap. The padded back panel increases wearing comfort even further and also improves ventilation of your back. The padded hip belt ensures a balanced distribution of weight over shoulders and pelvis, which is very important on long trips and with heavier dogs. The hip belt has handy zipper pockets on the left and right, with the right pocket having a special opening for poop bags.

If your dog is in between sizes, has a wide body but is short in length, or is still growing, you can optionally order the Booster Block, which raises the sitting position with 7.5 cm. The Booster Block is available in two sizes: one for backpack sizes XS/S and one for backpack sizes M/L.

Note:
To determine the correct size, measure your dog’s back length (from the collar to the base of the tail) and the chest circumference (directly behind the front legs). If your measurements don't perfectly match one size or if you have a growing dog, select the size that fits your largest measurement. You can compensate for any lack of length by ordering the optional Booster Block.
